關於配送時間
由於是韓國商品，我們需要向韓國方下單，然後經過韓國官網備貨直接寄達客戶手中，而不同品牌公司跟進訂單的時間速度也有快慢，故我們將商品配送到顧客手中，將盡力控製配送時間於需時約6-12個工作天（不包括星期六、日及公眾假期），但因為出貨權在於韓國方，可能會因不同問題出現延遲的情況(如通關、重新製作及特殊情況) ，此時我們會第一時間聯絡通知會員相關情況。
關於尺寸＆顏色
尺寸會因物料的彈性程度及量度方式的不同，可能會造成與資料標示的誤差，誤差在1~4厘米左右屬正常範圍。而因電腦顯示器或設置冷暖色等的不同，加上拍攝時燈光照射等原因，商品顏色可能與圖片略有差異屬正常情況。
關於訂貨時間
我們將每天向韓國公司下單（不包括星期六、日及公眾假期），下午1點前付款確認的訂單會在當日處理，逾時的將延到翌日下單，故會員在本站下單後，請盡早完成付款及聯絡客服確認，以便我們第一時間為您跟進。
關於缺貨＆退款
由於韓國商品屬於少量多產的性質，市場流動性較強，發生斷貨的情況實屬正常，斷貨情況一般有兩種，一是下單的時間就斷貨，另一種是在韓國配貨的時候斷貨，也就是脫銷情況，遇到這些情況，我們會第一時間通知會員，並且將相關款項退回至會員帳號餘額內，會員可於下次訂貨時當作現金扣減使用。假如會員想申請把帳號內的餘額提現也是可以的，只要在會員中心的資金管理頁內按下提現申請，填好提現金額及銀行資料便可，收到申請我們便會作出處理，一般會於2個工作天內完成，如會員急需提現，也可以聯絡客服安排在即日內完成退款。
關於鞋類/包包/製作商品
由於郵購鞋類的風險較大，因尺寸問題不合的韓國公司都一概不能退換，請會員需特別注意。另外鞋類、包包及手工等製作商品因製作時間較長，一般配送時間都在12至28個工作天（不包括星期六、日及公眾假期），故如急需商品的顧客，我們不建議您購買，因此類商品，各韓國公司大多為購買後不可退換，詳細可與線上客服人員查詢。
關於商品標籤
韓國時裝其中一個特點是很多品牌公司都不一定是打自己品牌名字在衣服上，因為商品不一定是由他們自己生產，部份是以市場採購的型式，採購他們認為好的服裝再放到自己的店出售，故標籤同樣會是採購服裝原有的標籤。其實這點相信很多顧客都知道，但對於初次購買韓國時裝的顧客還是要說明一下。
關於非Made in korea的產品問題
近期有較多的【Made in India， Made in Bangladesh】等，字樣生產標語商品，想必經常網購的會員應該都知道。由於爲了降低生產成本，或是豐富服裝款式與設計，韓國公司會專門到世界各地找尋加工廠或是採購原材料。但是商品最終設計、銷售權歸屬於韓國擁有。2009年3月起，實施進出口商品皆要裱上正確的原產地名稱，因此，根據多樣化的原材料、原產地會有不同國家製造的標示。這也是目前全世界貿易交流之趨勢。無論是那一個國家購買的原材料、加工、生產等，本公司保證銷售的都是各韓國品牌的正品。
